Terms and Conditions

in catalogue and website Swedish VAT is included, 25 % for yarn and accessories and 6% for books. Swedish VAT is payable for all customers within EU (European Union). For customers outside EU, VAT will be deducted from your purchase. Freight cost is calculated for each country based on the weight of the purchase..

Purchases are made from Blomqvist Nordiska Textil-Garner, which is a trading name of the company Vartofta Garn & Textil AB, VAT nr SE556914-5781-01 with registered address 512 62 Mårdaklev, Sweden.

We will confirm acceptance of your order. This will occur either by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by us sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided to us. We may do both, in which case the acceptance will occur on whichever arrives sooner of the web message and the e-mail. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change errors concerning delivery time, prices etc after the contract has been made. In these cases, we will contact you and you will have the right to cancel the order or part of the order

3.Delay in delivery
Should delivery be delayed we will inform you through e-mail. You have always the right to cancel the order should there be a substantial delay. We always do our utmost to fulfil your order. However, there may be events outside our control that may make it impossible for us to fulfil the order, such as our vendor van not supply, has entered into bankruptcy etc. Compensation for delays in delivery will not apply.

4.Risk of transport
Risk of transport (damaged or lost goods) from our warehouse to you is our responsibility. You are responsible for the transport to us, should you need to return your goods.

5.Split order
Should any of the ordered articles have a considerably longer delivery time then the rest of the articles in your order, we may in certain cases split the order and ship the available orders at once and the remaining article when it arrives into our stock. You will in this case only pay the originally agreed freight cost.

We offer following payment methods:
1) Invoice. The invoice will be sent together with the goods and is payable 30 days after shipment. Charge for Invoice is 19 SEK, it will be added to the order total. For Swedish customers, a credit information is made by us prior our acceptance of issuing an invoice.
2) Prepayment to our bank account. You make a payment to our account and provide details of your purchase, When the money has arrived into our account, we will send you the gods.
3) Card payment with Mastercard, Visa. At the time of the purchase, the money will at the same time be deducted from your card. If the amount for the shipment alter needs to be adjusted, we will return to difference to your card, alternately you need to make an additional payment.

Our warranty follows the Swedish consumer legislation. We give 3 months warranty on all items. Additionally, you have complaint right during three years, should there be a manufacturing fault.

8.Exchange of goods and cancellation rights
Blomqvist has full exchange policy for all goods within 14 days from receipt. The freight cost of returned goods will be covered by you. We will pay the freight for the new shipment to you. You can also return any goods you do not want to keep or cancel the whole order, without giving any reason. We will return the value of the goods returned, on condition that the goods have not been used and the packing is in same state as when you got it. You as customer are responsible and will pay for the freight of the returned goods to us.

9.Defective goods
At Blomqvist you can report defective goods up to 3 years after purchase. It is important you make a complete report including a thorough description of the defect. If the defectives are visible at receipt of goods, it must be reported directly to Packaging must be saved if you report a damage caused by transport.
