Lily of the Valley. The Provinceflower of Gästrikland. A fragrant beauty that touches us all. It´s a popular flower for Mother's Day.

Wij Säteri. The manor was founded in 1649 and was managed by Katarina Bröhms. Her interest in gardening has inspired for a long time. In the 1990s, the ownership was passed over to Ockelbo municipality. Here you will find, among other things, The Rosegarden, The Forrestgarden and Linnaeus' herb garden.
Boulognerskogen. Together with Stadsträdgården, they form Sweden's largest city park.
"Five musical geniuses" by Carl Milles is one of the statues in the park.
The grain screw. An old grain warehouse in Hofors.
Gävlebocken, is a traditional Christmas display erected annually at Slottstorget in central Gävle. The first was 13 m high and 7 m long and weighed 3 tons It is a giant version of a traditional Swedish Yule Goat figure made of straw. It has been the subject of repeated arson attacks, and, despite security measures and the nearby presence of a fire station, the goat has been burned to the ground most years since its first appearance in 1966.
Coffee grinder. It symbolizes Gevalia coffee roastery in Gävle.
Gysinge Bruk. In 1667 a blast furnace was built here and around it, the mill was built, the manor house was designed by CC Gjörwell in the 1830s.Until the beginning of the 20th century, Gysinge was the largest ironwork in Sweden.
Bergborr. Sandvik AB in Sandviken has become world famous for its stainless steel.
Bönan's Lighthouse. In the early 1880s, a fishing village was established in Bönan. The lighthouse was built in 1840 and is about 16 m high. The fishing village is also known for its fine buckling.
Steam locomotive. The Railway Museum is since 1970 located in Gävle. The museum shows Sweden's railway history for 150 years.
